Nestlé Waters UK Limited is the British bottled water arm of Nestlé, registered at Nestlé's Haxby Road site in York and incorporated on 12 January 1989 as The Crystal Spring Water Company Limited, trading as Powwow and Nestlé Waters Powwow before taking its present name in 2009.^[1] It has been the notified person with significant control of Princes Gate Spring Water Limited since 18 October 2023, taking over from Nestlé S.A., which was notified when Nestlé Waters bought the majority of the Welsh bottler in May 2018.^[2][3]
