Mars Polska

About

Mars Polska sp. z o.o. is the Polish company of the Mars group, seated at Kożuszki-Parcel 42 in Sochaczew and entered in the Polish National Court Register under KRS 0000313462; it was created on 12 September 2008 and carried the legal name Wrigley Poland sp. z o.o. before taking the Mars Polska name.^[1] An older entity of the same name, KRS 0000016627, held its own LEI at the same Sochaczew address until a merger recorded as effective on 6 October 2018 transferred it into the present company.^[2] The Ukrainian GS1 product passport for the Mars 70 g twin pack names the Sochaczew site as the production facility of the imported article.^[3]
