About Huhtamäki
Huhtamäki Oyj is a Finnish food packaging company headquartered in Espoo and listed on Nasdaq Helsinki; it began in 1920 as a confectionery manufacturer and grew into a conglomerate before deciding in 1988 to concentrate on packaging, divesting among other units its original candy business, which by then included the Leaf brand.[1] Its business ID is 0140879-6 and its registered address is in Espoo.[2] Through Leaf it owned the British chocolate maker Elizabeth Shaw, the former Cavenham Confectionery, which Wikipedia says was sold to Leaf in 1990.[3]
