Dairy company registered at the District Court of Wittlich under HRB 1149, seated at Bahnhofstr. 37-43 in Thalfang, formerly named Hochwald Nahrungsmittel-Werke GmbH.^[1] It is the wholly owned operating subsidiary of the cooperative Hochwald Milch eG, which has made condensed milk since the 1930s; the renaming took place in 2012, and the 2001 merger with Eifelperle Milch eG brought a plant in Erftstadt.^[2] A CodeCheck record names Hochwald Nahrungsmittel-Werke GmbH, Erftstadt, as maker of EDEKA's Gut & Günstig condensed milk.^[3]
