About Haugen-Gruppen Nordic
Haugen-Gruppen Nordic AS is the parent company of the Haugen-Gruppen group, a Norwegian importer and wholesaler of food and beverages at Delitoppen 5 in Vestby, organisation number 995772817.[1][2] It was founded on 28 June 2010 as Tekågel Invest 504 AS and was named Haugen-Gruppen Holding AS from September to December 2010.[2] It is owned 50 % by Nes Capital AS and 50 % by Norx AS, which also own 1916 Invest AS together, according to its January 2025 notification to the Norwegian Competition Authority of the acquisition of Bonaventura Nordic AS's business in Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom.[1] It prepares the consolidated accounts for the group, whose Norwegian wholesaler Haugen-Gruppen AS it holds through HG Norway AS.[3]
