The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. is a Delaware corporation headquartered at 221 River Street, Hoboken, New Jersey, whose shares trade on Nasdaq under the ticker HAIN; it filed with the SEC as Hain Food Group Inc until March 2000.[1] Irwin D. Simon founded it in 1993 as Hain Food Group, and it took its present name after buying Celestial Seasonings in 2000; its brands include Ella's Kitchen, Frank Cooper's and Linda McCartney Foods.[2] Its British and Jersey subsidiaries include Hain Celestial Jersey Limited, The Hain Daniels Group Limited and Hain Frozen Foods UK Limited.[3]
