H.J. Heinz France SAS is the French company of the Kraft Heinz group, listed among The Kraft Heinz Company's subsidiaries in its annual report for 2025.[1] It is a single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SIREN 483005328) created on 24 June 2005, registered under the manufacture of condiments and seasonings, with its registered office at 18 rue Marx Dormoy, 59113 Seclin, since November 2019; it reported revenue of €24.2 million for 2024.[2] Its président since 2020 is the Dutch group company H.J Heinz Holding B.V.[3] French labels of Heinz Tomato Ketchup name it as the operator for France, with the website www.heinz.fr.[4]

The company took the name H.J. Heinz France in January 2009, and in February 2009 absorbed H. J. Heinz SARL of 89 rue de la Boétie, Paris (RCS Paris 314 101 783), moving its seat to Tour Atlantique, 1 Place de la Pyramide, Puteaux, with share capital of €31,237,800.[3] A multi-market Heinz ketchup label photographed in 2014 gives that address as 92911 Paris la Défense Cedex.[5] The seat moved to Tour Europlaza, 20 Avenue André Prothin, Courbevoie, in October 2014,[2] the address printed as 92 927 Paris La Défense Cedex on the French ketchup label photographed in 2018.[4] The transfer to Seclin was published in February 2020, when the share capital stood at €40,230,000.[3]
