EDC Germany, Entertainment Distribution Company GmbH, was a CD, DVD, Blu-ray and vinyl manufacturer at Emil-Berliner-Straße 13 in Langenhagen, established in May 2005 when it acquired Universal Music Group's manufacturing and distribution facilities there, succeeding Universal M & L.^[1] Discogs describes it as Europe's largest integrated optical disc manufacturing and distribution site; the company declared bankruptcy, ceased operations at the end of 2016 and auctioned its equipment in May 2017.^[1] Its discs are identified by "Made in Germany by EDC" in the inner ring, as on the 2005 deluxe edition of deLillos' Før var det morsomt med sne.^[2] Its register entry was not confirmed for this stub.
