Ebro Foods, S.A., formerly Ebro Puleva, is a Spanish food processing company with its head office in Madrid. It is described as the world's largest producer of rice and the second largest producer of pasta.[1] In 2019 it bought from Hain Celestial all the companies and assets through which the Tilda rice business is run.[2] Companies House records it as the owner of 75% or more of the shares of Tilda Limited from 27 August 2019.[3]
