About

Cloetta UK Limited is the British company of the Cloetta confectionery group, registered at Fort Southwick, Fareham, and classed as a wholesaler of sugar confectionery.^[1] It was incorporated in 1983 as Just Sweets Limited and renamed Candyking UK Limited in 2004 and Cloetta UK Limited in 2019.^[1] Cloetta bought Candyking in 2017.^[2] Companies House lists Cloetta Sverige AB as its controlling shareholder from 1 October 2025. Earlier notices named Candyking Holding AB and E Out Instrument AB.^[3] Bestway's data sheet for Chewits Strawberry gives Cloetta UK as the manufacturer's address. The GS1 prefix 5010933 is attributed here as derived, because no source names its registrant.^[4]
