C+F Confectionery and Foods S.A. is the Luxembourg company at the top of the Perfetti Van Melle group, the Italian-Dutch confectionery and chewing gum business behind Mentos, Chupa Chups and Airheads.^[1] It holds Perfetti Van Melle Group B.V. of Schiphol-Oost, the Dutch holding company under which the group's operating companies sit.^[2] The company was entered in the Luxembourg Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés as B75750 on 22 May 2000, has its seat at 10, rue Henri M. Schnadt in Luxembourg and carries LEI 875500UMCWW2X77MW772, validated against that register.^[3] Egidio Perfetti chairs both C+F and Perfetti Van Melle Group B.V., and the two companies sign the group's corporate announcements together.^[1]

Nothing sits above C+F in corporate form: it reported to GLEIF that it has neither a direct nor an ultimate accounting consolidation parent because the level above it is held by natural persons, the Perfetti and Van Melle families whose private ownership of Perfetti Van Melle the group states itself.^[4][1] In December 2022 C+F and Perfetti Van Melle Group announced the agreement to buy Mondelēz International's gum business in the United States, Canada and Europe, and on 2 October 2023 the two announced its closing, which brought the group to more than 19,000 employees and 33 manufacturing sites.^[1]
