Family brewery in Saint-Sylvestre-Cappel, Nord, founded in 1920 by Rémy Ricour. It took the name Brasserie de Saint-Sylvestre in 1985 and became Brasserie 3 Monts in March 2019, after its best-known beer.^[1] It is registered as BRASSERIE 3 MONTS (SIREN 331859496, legal form code 5710, a société par actions simplifiée), created on 13 February 1985 and seated at 1 rue de la Chapelle.^[2] Its GS1 prefix 3324020 is derived from its Gavroche beer, whose label names the brewery as operator; no source names the registrant.^[3]
