About

Bonduelle is a French plant-based food group founded in 1853 as a family business. It is a partnership limited by shares (SCA), registered at RCS Dunkerque with its head office at La Woestyne, Renescure, and listed on Euronext.[1] On 3 July 2018 it acquired Conagra Brands' Del Monte processed fruit and vegetable business in Canada, including the right to use the Del Monte brand, for its Bonduelle Americas Long Life unit.[1] In 2022 it sold 65% of that unit to Fonds de solidarité FTQ and CDPQ.[2]
