BC Partners Advisors Holdings Limited is a private limited company at 40 Portman Square in London, incorporated on 25 February 2016 and registered as a financial services holding company.[1] Its subsidiaries act as investment advisors to the managers of the BC Partners funds, business development companies and separately managed accounts across private equity, credit and real estate, with 2025 turnover of £93.4 million.[2] Its immediate parent is BC Partners Group Holdings Limited of Guernsey, and its ultimate holding company is BC Partners Holdings Limited of St Peter Port, which prepares the largest consolidated accounts the group is included in.[2]
Its subsidiaries include BC Partners Inc, BC Partners Advisors LP and BC Partners Securities LLC in New York, BC Partners Management S.à r.l. in Luxembourg, advisory companies in Paris and Hamburg, and a 75.01 per cent stake in Sierra Crest Investment Management LLC.[2] Companies House records it as the person with significant control of BC Partners LLP from 1 July 2019 until 30 November 2021, when BCPL Holdings Limited was notified in its place.[3] The 2025 accounts state that three of its directors are shareholders of BC Partners Holdings Limited.[2]
