Alani Nutrition LLC owns the Alani Nu brand.[1] On 20 February 2025 Celsius Holdings agreed to buy all of its membership interests from Max Clemons, Trey Steiger, Katy E. Schneider, R. Haydn Schneider, related trusts and Congo Brands Holding Company LLC, and it completed the acquisition on 1 April 2025 for about $1.25 billion in cash and 22,451,224 Celsius shares.[1] Congo Brands agreed to provide transition services after the closing.[1]
