ACCO Brands Corporation is an American office and consumer products company headquartered in Lake Zurich, Illinois, whose name derives from the American Clip Company founded in 1903.[1] Its principal brands include Five Star, Kensington, Leitz, Mead, Rapid, Rexel and Swingline; Leitz, Esselte, Rapid and Rexel came with the 2017 acquisition of Esselte Group Holdings AB.[1] Its French and German operating subsidiaries include ACCO Brands France SAS and LEITZ ACCO Brands GmbH & Co. KG.[2]
