Includes any products that may be described/observed as powered pruning shears with a motor or engine that provides mechanical assistance for cutting, with a single blade that closes against a flat surface (anvil) or blades that slide over each other (bypass) used to cut branches or stems during pruning. Can be a small tool as a bigger one with long-handled. Includes products such as electrical grass shears, powered loppers, pruners, and secateurs.
