Includes any products that can be described/observed as a roasted and ground product designed to taste like coffee but which has no actual coffee content. These products can be produced from a single coffee substitute or a combination of coffee substitutes. Includes coffee bags, filter cups, discs, capsules, pads, pods and tablets. These products are prepared for consumption by the addition of hot water and then brewed.

Excludes

Excludes products such as whole bean coffee, roast ground coffee products, coffee substitutes roast ground and instant soluble coffee. Also excludes capsules that contain only chocolate or tea to be used in espresso machines.
