Includes any products that can be described/observed as a heating cable, heat tape or heating cord. These products can be used in the tracing of pipes, protecting the pipes from freezing, maintaining the temperature process, and viscosity control of crude and petroleum products.

Excludes

Excludes products such as cables, tapes or cords that are not used in any way to heat pipelines. Specifically excludes immersion heaters mostly used in household boilers.
