Includes any products that may be described/observed as food in the form of an emulsion (mainly of the water-in-oil type), comprising principally an aqueous phase and edible dairy fats. These products can have other fats and oils added to it. These products must be refrigerated to extend their consumable life.

Excludes products such as Butter, Margarine, Shelf Stable and Frozen Dairy Spreads as well as all Mixed Fat Spreads.
