Includes any product that can be described/observed as a fresh commercial variety of Potatoes of varieties (cultivars) grown from Solanum tuberosum L. and its hybrids, to be supplied fresh. Early potatoes means potatoes harvested before they are completely mature, marketed immediately after their harvesting, and whose skin can be easily removed without peeling.

Specifically excludes: Prepared/Processed or Unprepared/Unprocessed and Shelf Stable or Frozen Early and Ware or Mid Potatoes or Sweet Potatoes.
