Includes any products that may be described/observed as a portable, reusable rigid cylindrical container with straight sides and circular, sometimes convex ends of equal size. These reusable containers can be designed to hold and dispense pressurised gas and may be made out of a number of materials or combinations of them.

Excludes

Excludes products such as non-refillable gas canisters and drum containers used for storing liquid fuels and lubricants.
