Includes any products that can be described/observed as a pen that is used for transmitting handwritings or pictures to a computer, mobile phone or other computing device. A tiny camera next to the nib of the pen takes continual pictures when writing, this information is then stored in the pen for downloading at a later time. Includes products that use bluetooth for transmitting/downloading information.

Excludes

Specifically excludes non-digital stationery pens. Excludes products such as Computer Pointing Devices, Computer Graphics Tablets and Personal Data Assistant/Organiser Styluses.
