Includes any products that can be described/observed as a secure lockable box used for securing valuable objects against theft or damage. A safe is usually a hollow cuboid or cylinder, with one face removable or hinged to form a door. The body and door are usually cast from a metal such as steel. Includes products such as fireproof data safes, security safes for valuables and cash and gun safes. The safes may be built-in to a wall, built-in underground or may be free-standing.

Excludes products such as cash boxes, filing cabinets, gun cases and safe rooms used as storm shelters.
