Includes any products that can be described/observed as a pressurised cylindrical device, kept in the home or office to put out a fire, often in an emergency situation. The container is filled with fire retardant chemicals or water that, when discharged, can put out a small fire. Includes products such as manually operated or automatic extinguishers.

Excludes

Excludes products such as environmental fire retardants and chemicals used to extinguish large fires, fire blankets, automotive fire extinguishers and fire water hoses.
