Includes any products that can be described/observed as a free flowing combustible liquid, with a fixed volume but no fixed shape (except that of its container), that is used specifically to be ignited and burned to produce heat and/or light energy. Includes products such as liquid kindling fuels as well as Petrol, White Gas and Lamp Oil.
Excludes
Specifically excludes all other combustible liquids that are not used as a fuel. Excludes products such as Cigarette Lighter Fuel, Gel and Solid Fuels.
