Includes any products that can be described/observed as a chemical substance that is added, usually in small amounts, directly to a fuel to enhance, improve or strengthen performance characteristics, such as its viscosity. It can also add new properties to a fuel, giving it features that it would not normally have. Includes products such as Fuel Thickeners and Anti-wear Additives.
Excludes
Specifically excludes Engine Degreasers. Excludes products such as Fuels and Lubricants and Protective Compounds that are not specifically designed to be added to a fuel.
