Includes any products that may be described/observed as a blend of cement and sand. The products may contain other agents, such as plasticisers. Mortar is a material used in masonry to fill the gaps between blocks in construction and bind the blocks together. The blocks may be stone, brick, breezeblocks (cinder blocks).
Excludes
Excludes air entraining agents, concrete dyes, leveling mixes, and bonding agents as well as sand and aggregate.
