Includes any products that may be described/observed as non-powered pruning shears with a spring that holds the handles open and with a single blade that closes against a flat surface (anvil) or blades that slide over each other (bypass) used to cut branches or stems during pruning. Can be a small tool as a bigger one with long-handled. Includes products such as grass shears, loppers, pruners, and secateurs.
