Includes any products that may be described/observed as a metal block with an internal screw thread to be fitted onto a bolt. Nuts are usually hexagonal to allow easy tightening with a wrench but may also be winged, knurled or another shape. Along with a bolt nuts are designed to capture and fasten objects together.
