Includes any products that can be described/observed as a cylindrical device containing a system of lenses and mirrors that collect and focus light to produce an image. They are specifically designed to magnify vision and intended to provide the user with an enhanced image of very distant objects. The image is viewed by one eye only. Products include hand held monoculars and astronomical telescopes mounted on tripods.
