Brasserie Uberach

brand

About

Brasserie Uberach is the brand printed on the beers of the Alsatian craft brewery Éric Trossat founded in Uberach in 1999, one of the first in the region to brew top-fermented, unfiltered beer.[1] Its labels and bottle caps carry the double-gabled façade of the former shoe factory where the brewery started.[2] The range covers classic, flavoured, fruity, seasonal and organic beers, brewed only with Alsatian hops and sold in supermarkets, bars and shops.[1]
